MySpecialPlace ships UPS within the continental United States. At this time, we are not able to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.


shipping details
• Orders that have Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping requests must be placed by 3:00 EST in order to be processed that day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that the carrier determines.
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. Please refer to the individual product page for details.
• Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your-in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped seperately at no additional charge when they become available, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

personalized product processing
• For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing. Please refer to the individual product page for details. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or schanges to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.

Here at MySpecialPlace, you can be assured that we have faith in our products and service to you. But if for any reason you or the loved one to whom you sent the gift to is not completely satisfied with their gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or refund your money back. Please do note that our return policy is limited to 30 days.

Also note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. In addition we are unable to refund gift presentation charges and cannot accept them as a return.

MySpecialPlace will gladly replace your gift with another selection or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these next steps

1. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible along with the packing slip.

2. Obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling Customer Service toll free at 1-888-901-7555, Monday - Friday, EST.

3. Include the full RMA number in the following return shipping address.

For your security, when returning a gift, please use an insured courier (ex: UPS, FedEx, USPS) and hold on to your receipt. MySpecialPlace is not accountable for items damaged or lost in transit. If the nature of the return is due to the gift being damaged, defective, or not the correct product, MySpecialPlace will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

GUARANTEE
We firmly stand behind and guarantee the quality of our merchandise. Every item is
inspected, including zippers, before being shipped. You can be confident all merchandise
leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. Our policies reflect our desire to make you
a satisfied customer and our commitment to make sure everyone receives a “brand new”
item. Please note we have no minimum order or restocking fees.

DELIVERY DATES
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that the carrier determines.
• Most of our items ship within 3 days after receiving your order.
• Delivery times will depend on the method of shipment you choose and the delivery location.

SHIPPING
• My Special Place ships solely by UPS and requires a full street address.
• UPS will not deliver to a P.O. or A.P.O box
• You may choose regular or next day air within the continental USA and Hawaii.
• Allow extra time for delivery to Alaska.
• Sorry, we are unable to ship international orders at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• Our policy for returns and exchanges for COMMUNION APPAREL is limited
to TEN (10) DAYS.
• Return request must be made within 3 days after receiving the apparel and must
then be postmarked within 7 days for return to us. Please scroll down to WHEN YOUR
ORDER ARRIVES for further details.

PLACE AN ORDER
• You may purchase up to 3 dresses, per order.
• Each dress has its own size chart specific to that dress.
• Please refer to these charts when making your decision.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• All sale items, anklets, tights and express shipped items are non-refundable.
We will, however, EXCHANGE a sale dress of the SAME STYLE FOR A
DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY, if stock is available. Express shipped sale dresses
are always a final sale. Sorry, no exceptions.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
• Check to make sure you received exactly what you ordered.
• Do not remove any tags or dispose of the shipping box or packaging for items.
• If there is a problem, contact our customer service department within THREE (3) days
of the receipt of your order. We can be reached Monday through Friday between the
business hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00p.m. EST. Our toll free number is 1-888-901-7555.
• If you wish to exchange or return an item, we will at this time, issue you a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
THE PACKAGE.
• For an item to be considered for an exchange or return, ALL TAGS MUST REMAIN
ATTACHED AND INTACT ON THE ITEM AND THE ITEMS IN THEIR PACKAGING.
• ALL APPAREL MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNDAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
• ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DETERMINED TO NO LONGER BE IN ORIGINAL
CONDITION WILL BE DECLINED, RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER (AT THEIR
EXPENSE), AND CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE.
• Your return must be postmarked within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of the RMA
otherwise it will be shipped back at your expense and considered a final sale.

EXCHANGES
• If a mistake was made on our part, or if the item is defective (please refer to our guarantee),
we will promptly send you a replacement with no shipping cost to you.
• You will be mailed a prepaid UPS label for return shipping.
• If you merely want to exchange any part of your order, simply place a new order.
• The cost of returning this item is the customer’s responsibility. We do recommend
using a carrier that will enable you to obtain insurance and a tracking number.
• We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during this shipment.

RETURNS
• After you have notified us of the problem and received a RMA number, now
just follow the directions on the form you received with your order.
• Your return must be postmarked within SEVEN days of receipt of the RMA
otherwise it will be shipped back at your expense and considered a final sale.

CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT
• Refunds will be issued within SEVEN (7) business days after receipt of the
merchandise for the customer. We will credit the method of payment used, less
shipping fees, to your account.
• The actual date this credit will apply on your bankcard varies with each credit
card company.

CANCELLATION AN ORDER
• Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and
is subject to a $3.00 service charge.
• Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Our normal return policy
will then apply if the merchandise is unwanted.
