The day an individual becomes a member of the Roman Catholic Church is a reason for personal and family celebration. Gift suggestions would be sure to include religious jewelry, items like sterling silver crosses, birthstone crystal necklaces, cross lockets, sterling silver or vermeil scapulars for adults and children. We carry wall crosses, remembrance photo frames, and Willow Tree and Foundations angel figurines suitable for an adult Baptism, an adult First Communion and for an adult Confirmation. We also have presents for adults or families receiving all three of these Sacraments at the same time on Easter Vigil or any time of the year. You can find even more gift ideas for adults in the RCIA program in our Religious Shop.

RCIA is a process (introduced as a result of the Second Vatican Council) in which adults go through a series of instructions that last several months, to become a member of the Roman Catholic Faith. It is not unusual for parents and children to become Catholics at the same time. On Easter Vigil, (Holy Saturday) the candidates, or catechumens, will be baptized (if they have not been baptized into another faith previously), receive the Eucharist and finally the sacrament of Confirmation. This is a momentous milestone in a family, so, of course there is commonly a celebration either after the ceremony or on Easter Sunday. This a perfect time to give a crucifix, rosary, photo frame or other Catholic items on this special day.
