Celtic Sick Call Set

This is a wall large crucifix with many features and an elegant look that sets it apart from others. The uppermost cross is pewter with a bronzed pewter corpus and a green enameled circle. This crucifix is on a warm colored walnut stained wooden cross. Under this cross is another larger wooden cross that holds two white candles that fit into the carved holes on each side of the horizontal piece. There is a small glass bottle for holy water to be used if a priest is called to your home to bless the sick. A sick call set is a very traditional house warming or wedding gift in the Roman Catholic faith.
